As the holiday season arrives, all of us at Petit Properties would like to take a moment to wish our friends, neighbors, and valued clients a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

This past year has been an exciting one for the Lake Toxaway real estate market.  We’ve seen strong activity across the market, from waterfront homes to mountain retreats, as more buyers continue to discover everything that makes Lake Toxaway such a special place to call home.  The demand for property in our area remains high, and we anticipate that 2026 will bring even more growth and opportunity for both buyers and sellers.

We are incredibly grateful to our past and current clients who trusted us with one of the most important decisions of their lives.  Your support, referrals, and friendships mean more to us than we can express.  It has truly been a pleasure helping so many families find their perfect place in Lake Toxaway and the surrounding communities.

As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited for what the new year holds and look forward to continuing to serve those who are dreaming of making Lake Toxaway their home, whether full-time or as a mountain getaway.

We would like to take a moment and thank the Grand Ole Station for letting us have our year end celebration there again this year.  As always the staff is great and the food is wonderful.
