Time to Make an Offer Get To Know Us

  • Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) will be reviewed to ensure your offer is within limits based on the current market–we will help you protect your investment and knowledgeable offer on the subject property
  • We will prepare the Offer to Purchase (2-T) contract and all applicable disclosures for you to review and e-sign prior to submission to the listing agent
  • We will firmly negotiate on your behalf with your guidance and our expertise on all aspects of the contract and ensure your satisfactions and adherence to the law

Under-Contract: Due Diligence

  • We will provide you with a list of local service providers that have been carefully vetted by our agents and have excellent customer support
  • We will guide you through the various inspections that should be ordered with any property purchase
  • We will answer all questions and follow-up with accredited specialists when needed, coordinate repair estimates, and negotiate on your behalf with the seller to perform quality repairs and/or grant the necessary credits
  • Keeping constant contact with lenders, attorneys appraisers, inspectors, and all other 3rd party vendors is essential to a smooth closing on your behalf–we handle it all
  • We provide you with a list of moving companies and property specific utility providers to ensure your closing day is a success
