Susan Campbell, the team lead and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, brings extensive experience in luxury homes, land, residential and waterfront properties, along with strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. Her experience and attention to detail allow her to provide clients with thoughtful guidance and strategic representation throughout the real estate process.

Susan is known for building lasting relationships with her clients and for taking the time to understand what truly matters to each person she represents. Whether helping a client find a mountain retreat, sell a longtime family property, or make a significant investment, she approaches every transaction with professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience. Her knowledge of the Western North Carolina market, combined with her understanding of the unique lifestyle and communities that make the region special, allows her to offer insight that goes well beyond the transaction itself.

Carleen Dixon brings a business-minded approach to real estate, with experience in investment properties and property improvements. She offers a practical perspective on evaluating opportunities, identifying potential, and understanding the financial and strategic considerations behind a real estate decision.  Her experience allows her to help clients look beyond the surface of a property and consider how it fits into their broader goals—whether that means finding the right home, identifying an investment opportunity, or maximizing the potential of a property.

Carleen is passionate about providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships grounded in communication, responsiveness, and trust. She believes clients should feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout every step of the process. From answering questions and coordinating details to anticipating needs and staying engaged through closing and beyond, Carleen takes pride in being a dependable resource her clients can count on. Her strong marketing and relationship-building skills, combined with a fresh perspective shaped by her Western North Carolina roots and experiences beyond the region, allow her to deliver a thoughtful, personalized experience tailored to each client’s goals.

Together, Susan and Carleen help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with local knowledge, strategic marketing, thoughtful guidance, and exceptional personal service.

Because real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. It’s about people, relationships, community, and finding the place that feels right for what comes next.

The Campbell Group is committed to making the process informed, purposeful, and personal—helping each client find the right path forward.
