Originally from the McLean area of Northern Virginia, Melanie Cash moved to North Carolina in the early 1990s to work at a summer camp. After spending 20 years working in the office and running the camp’s horseback riding program, she transitioned into real estate, joining a local firm and earning her real estate license in 2014. She joined Petit Properties in the fall of 2019.

Melanie’s primary role is providing administrative support and assistance to the Petit Properties team, but she takes on the occasional real estate transaction assisting both buyers and sellers. With strong customer service skills, Melanie works diligently to ensure her real estate clients have a positive experience.

Melanie is a wife and mother of three boys and a proud grandmother to one grandson. She is actively involved in her church and local community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, caring for her horses, and walking in the woods with her dogs.
