Kayla, the niece of Cindy Petit, is a native of Transylvania County. Kayla lives in Rosman With Her husband Devin, and two children Ellie and Jaxon. After spending a few years in Charleston, South Carolina she realized there was no place like home in the mountains. She moved back to the area and bought a home in Hendersonville, NC before finally settling back down and building her forever home only footsteps from where she was raised.
As a graduate of Rosman High School, Kayla continued her education at Blue Ridge Community College. Kayla has spent 16 years in the hospitality field working in well known luxury communities in WNC and South Carolina. Most of her time has been spent in country clubs as an Event Planner. She currently is the Lifestyle Director of a premier luxury motorcoach resort in Lake Toxaway. Her passion for these upscale communities started as a young girl as she watched her father and Grandfather grade/develop communities, golf courses and state roads within Transylvania, Jackson, Henderson, and Polk County.
She received her real estate training at the Cumbie and Trull School of Real Estate. Kayla is eager to share her passion for real estate and local knowledge to help her future clients sell or make WNC their home.
