Meet Cindy Petit

Cindy Petit is a seasoned real estate broker with over 19 years of experience in the industry.  Born and raised in Brevard, North Carolina, Cindy has an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market and a deep commitment to serving her community. 

Cindy’s journey into real estate began after she graduated from Brevard College with a degree in Business.  She furthered her education at UNC-Asheville, honing her skills and expanding her understanding of business management and economics.

Throughout her career, Cindy has been deeply involved in community service.  From 2008 to 2016, she dedicated her time and expertise to serving on the local school board, advocating for quality education and the well-being of students.  Currently, Cindy is an active member of the Transylvania County Economic Alliance, where she continues to contribute to the economic growth and prosperity of her beloved hometown. 

In 2016, after working in other agencies Cindy realized her dream of owning her own real estate agency and founded Petit Properties. Committed to providing personalized and professional service, Cindy has deliberately kept her agency small, with offices in both Lake Toxaway and Brevard.  At Petit Properties, Cindy prioritizes quality over quantity, ensuring that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.
