Candace, the daughter of Cindy Petit, is a native of Transylvania County where she enjoys all the amazing things that the WNC mountains have to offer. Candace lives in Brevard with her husband, Hunter, son, Howie, and daughter, Kollins. She believes that there is truly no better place to start a family than in Transylvania County. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, visiting coffee shops, watching sports, and spending time outdoors with her children.

As a graduate of Rosman High School, Candace continued her education at North Greenville University, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2018 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She taught in Transylvania County Schools for five years. Candace currently serves the community as the assistant basketball coach at Rosman High. Choosing to continue her education and follow in her mother's footsteps, Candace received a Real Estate Brokers License from Cumbie and Trull Real Estate School.
